BopOps Terms of Service

Welcome to BopOps, a Spotify-based playlist curation and track submission service, created and operated by Alan Mendelevich. By using this website, you agree to the following terms of service.

BopOps is built on the Spotify platform using the Spotify Web API. This service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB. To use BopOps, you must have a valid Spotify account and comply with Spotify's Terms of Service.

By logging in with your Spotify account, you authorize BopOps to access your Spotify profile data, playlists, and other information necessary to provide the service. You can revoke this authorization at any time from your Spotify account settings.

You are solely responsible for the playlists you manage through BopOps and the content you submit or add to them. BopOps does not claim ownership over your playlists or the tracks within them. You must respect the intellectual property rights of artists and other rights holders.

BopOps does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of the service. Because the service depends on the Spotify API, BopOps is not responsible for any interruptions or changes caused by Spotify. BopOps is not liable for any data loss or damage arising from your use of this service.

This service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. These terms may also be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at info@bopops.com.
